To make a booking at Pamphill Parish Hall:

  1. Please read the documents: Terms and Conditions and Hirer’s Checklist.
  2. Check availability on the calendar below. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
  3. This will make a Provisional Booking and be sent to our team, who will check and confirm.

Our standard session rates. Alternative times can be arranged at an hourly rate.

Local residents living in Pamphill, Cowgrove, Chilbridge and Shapwick are eligible for a generous discounted rate — please ask if you think you qualify.

Local charities may also be eligible for a discounted rate.

The Village Hall is a community asset, managed by unpaid volunteers. We rely on hirers to play their part and keep costs down by taking good care of the facilities and leaving the Hall clean, tidy and secure. By hiring, you agree to act in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
