Looking for somewhere a little different to celebrate your wedding? Pamphill Parish Hall offers a charming and flexible setting for wedding receptions, giving you the freedom to create a celebration that is completely your own.
Our simple three-day wedding reception package gives you plenty of time to prepare the hall, enjoy your special day and then time afterwards to clear everything away — without having to rush.
Whether you’re planning an intimate family celebration or a larger gathering with friends and family, the hall provides a blank canvas for you to bring your ideas to life.
You are free to arrange your own catering, decorations, entertainment, music and other suppliers, allowing you to create a wedding reception that reflects your own style and budget.
Three-Day Wedding Reception Package

Exclusive use of the hall across three full days.
Your three-day package includes
- Exclusive use of Pamphill Parish Hall for three days
- Plenty of time to set up and decorate the hall before your reception
- Full use of the hall on your wedding/reception day
- The following day to clear away at your own pace
- Use of our tables and chairs, if required
- Use of the kitchen and normal hall facilities
- Free Wi-Fi
- Use of the hall's parking facilities

Day 2
Wedding Reception
8.00am – 11.30pm
Your special day! Enjoy exclusive use of the hall throughout the day and evening, with plenty of time for your reception and celebrations.
Day 3
Clear-up
8.00am – 11.00pm
No need to rush the morning after. You have the day to clear away your decorations, equipment and personal belongings and leave the hall ready for its next use.
Booking and payment
Three-day wedding hire: £350

Booking deposit
Payable when your booking is confirmed to secure your date. Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking.

Balance
Payable 8 weeks before your wedding reception.
£150
Refundable damage/cleaning deposit
Payable 8 weeks before your event. This deposit will be returned after the hire, provided the hall and its facilities are left clean, tidy and undamaged.
Make the day your own
Hiring Pamphill Parish Hall gives you flexibility. You can choose your own caterers, bring in your own decorations and entertainment, and arrange the reception in a way that suits you. The hall is yours for the three-day period, giving you the opportunity to create a celebration that is personal, relaxed and memorable.
