Trustees, Committee members and volunteers are expected to:

• Avoid behaviour that could be considered discriminatory or offensiveComplaints and Concerns
Any person who believes they have been treated unfairly or discriminated against in
connection with Pamphill Parish Hall may raise the matter using the Hall’s Complaints
Procedure.
All complaints will be taken seriously and handled fairly and confidentially.Review of Policy
This policy will be reviewed annually, or sooner if required by changes in legislation or
guidance.
